Averagely robust. Easy installtion. Not as powerful as the Dyson equivalent. Supplier agreed to fit correct plug type. Operating intructions only in English. Delivery： Really bad. Manufacturing took longer than expected. Shipment was slow. Then the item got stuck in customs because we did not have a Certificate of Origin from the supplier. Then we discovered that hand driers must be quality tested when imported which meant that the customs declaration couild not be made until the test was done, but the tester was unable to access the devices until the declaration was done. Eventually we paid 7 million vnd in coffee money. Service： Customs insisted on having our company name on all documentation but the supplier had omitted it even though our Alibaba account is in the company name. Supplier took 14 days to fix it.
